In 1987, graduated from Kangjie high school in Shanxi Province and was enrolled into Nankai University.

In 1994, graduated from Nankai University with a master’s degree in law and remained on the school’s teaching staff after graduation.

In1998, started to pursue the Ph.D. in Nankai Institute of Economics.

In 2002, obtained Ph.D. in Economics.

Work Experience

Since June 1994, I have been a teacher in Department of Politics in Nankai University. Currently, I am the Professor, Supervisor of Ph.D. candidates and Director of the Department of Political Science in Zhou Enlai School of Government.
