The 10th Tianjin Higher Education Postgraduate Forum was held on November 13, 2021 at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in an online and offline way. The theme of the forum was: Building a high-quality education system and promoting the development of education in the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The forum received 164 postgraduate papers, among which 68 papers were awarded and 27 excellent papers were exchanged at the forum. More than 200 teachers and students from 6 universities, including Nankai University, Tianjin University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin University of Technology and Education, Tianjin Foreign Studies University and Tianjin University of Sport, participated in this forum. Our Professor Chen Bater was invited to deliver a speech at the opening ceremony as the initiator of the forum and made a wonderful comment on the keynote report of the first unit of the forum, and Associate Professor Liu Qinghua was invited to comment on the reports of seven graduate students in Sub-forum one.
The forum was first initiated by the Institute of Higher Education of our College in 2012, aiming to promote the connection and cooperation among teachers and students of education discipline in Tianjin through academic exchange and further improve the research innovation and practical ability of graduate students. The forum has been held for ten consecutive years, and has been hosted by Nankai University, Tianjin University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin University of Technology, Tianjin University of Technology and Education, Tianjin University of Sport, Tianjin Foreign Studies University and other universities in turn, and the 11th Tianjin Higher Education Postgraduate Forum will be hosted by Nankai University in 2022. The postgraduates of our college achieved one first prize, two second prizes and one third prize in this forum.
